We are not a dog pound, the dog catcher, nor do we have any legal jurisdiction for animal control. We provide the following telephone contacts as a service to assist you with animal-related emergencies and problems. In addition to providing this information, we also attempt to assist with problems of animal abuse, abandonded animals, as well as lost and found pets. We are not supported by taxes, and our sole means for operation are through membership dues, private donations, and fund-raising events.

Tips for Animals Lost
- Make note of when the pet was lost, the location, and description.
- Check with local animal shelter to see if your pet has been picked up.
- Check with local veterinary clinics
- Check with neighbors.
- Post a notice on local radio stations.
- Post a notice in the local newspaper.
- Post a picture and notice in area that the pet was lost.
- Notify all resources when the animal is found.
